Stress and how to live without it
- Never over-commit – much better to under-commit to ensure you always deliver
- Get in tune with your body and identify how stress manifests itself – when you feel the first signs do something that will relax you.
- The top three stress busters are music, laughter and exercise
- Remember you need time for yourself and plan to do at least one relaxing activity per week.
- If you think you cannot find time for fun and relaxation, make a list of all the tasks you have to do and delete everything that is non essential – work smarter not harder
