Stress and how to live without it

  1. Never over-commit – much better to under-commit to ensure you always deliver
  2. Get in tune with your body and identify how stress manifests itself – when you feel the first signs do something that will relax you.
  3. The top three stress busters are music, laughter and exercise
  4. Remember you need time for yourself and plan to do at least one relaxing activity per week.
  5. If you think you cannot find time for fun and relaxation, make a list of all the tasks you have to do and delete everything that is non essential – work smarter not harder
