A Life Coach is not a counsellor or a therapist. A Life Coach is trained to help to see your journey clearly and to ensure that you keep focused on what you want to achieve, helping you to see your vision more clearly will move you from merely thinking - about how to move forward to actually doing it.  Life Coaching is about helping you to take control, to see opportunities clearly - and to help you to take action at times when perhaps you thought this was not possible.
